Five-star service begins with your employees, and service is more important than ever in a tough, tight, and competitive market. Excellent guest service is not an expense, but an investment.  Statistics prove that guests reward exceptional service with loyalty and increased spending.

Guest Service Gold® is a comprehensive program designed to accomplish the goal of creating guest service-oriented line level employees who know how to engage with their guests to provide memorable guest service. This training is valuable for any service oriented business, such as DMO welcome centers and visitor services personnel, attractions, lodging properties, restaurants, and retail outlets.

The course contains seven different guest service elements presented through real stories that are designed to motivate and inspire your staff to 'Go for the 'Gold' when it comes to providing service that goes above and beyond what is expected.

Individuals taking the course and successfully completing the examination will become a Certified Guest Service Professional® and receive a certificate and CGSP® gold lapel pin to be worn on their uniform in recognition of their knowledge and skills in guest service.

Registration for the Guest Service Gold® class is separate from Governor's Conference registration.

Guest Service Gold® class participants DO NOT have to be registered for Governor's Conference to attend.
